Who is responsible

Temsela is an independent project based in Israel, operated by an individual rather than a registered company. For privacy questions, contact privacy@temsela.com.

This notice describes current practices. Operator-identification and jurisdiction-specific disclosure requirements remain under review; this notice is not a claim of complete legal compliance.

When you visit

Cloudflare provides the website’s hosting, delivery and security. Technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request details and time of access may be processed to deliver and protect the site.

We have not connected an application database, product APIs or an analytics service to this public website. It has no account registration, purchase form, advertising SDK or screenshot upload.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or browser storage for profiling. Cloudflare may use essential security technologies when needed to protect access to the website.

If you contact us

If you send an email, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting correspondence, not to enrol you in marketing automatically.

Please only include information needed for your enquiry. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and meet applicable legal obligations; this notice does not claim a fixed deletion period.

Purpose and legal basis

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure informational website and responding to enquiries, or on legal obligations where they apply. We do not sell personal information collected through this presentation website.

Service providers and international processing

Technical information is processed by Cloudflare for website delivery and security. Cloudflare Email Routing receives messages sent to our published addresses and forwards them to the operator’s private mailbox. Cloudflare and the receiving email provider process message content, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery metadata to deliver and manage correspondence. The private forwarding address is not published on this website. Information may be processed outside your country.

Cloudflare describes its processing arrangements in its Privacy Policy. We do not operate a visitor-profile database or retain application request logs for this public site.

Private-beta sign-in with Google and GitHub

For invited users, the private-beta sign-in flow supports Google and GitHub. Public registration remains closed. Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile. We retain the stable Google account identifier (sub), verified email and display name to authenticate you, enforce the invitation allowlist and associate your saved activity with your internal Temsela account. Matching email addresses do not automatically combine accounts. GitHub sign-in uses your public numeric account ID and username; we do not request GitHub repository or email permissions.

Identity metadata, hashed Temsela session tokens and session expiry/revocation records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Essential Secure/HttpOnly cookies maintain the private-beta session. Expiring state, PKCE and nonce records protect sign-in. Provider access/refresh tokens and Google ID tokens are discarded after sign-in and are not retained in the account database. We do not request Gmail, Drive or contacts access. Google identity data is not used for advertising, marketing, product ranking or AI prompts.

Account linking requires recent sign-in, another provider login and explicit confirmation. An identity owned by a different Temsela account is not merged through this flow. Identity records remain while the account is maintained, subject to applicable obligations. Contact privacy@temsela.com about access, correction or deletion of account data. Deleting a saved item or signing out is different from deleting an account; this notice does not promise an automated account-deletion interface.

Google processes sign-in interactions under its Privacy Policy. Cloudflare processes identity and session data for Temsela. Information may be processed outside your country. This section describes identity processing in the closed beta; it does not enable registration or an application database on this public presentation site.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority. Contact privacy@temsela.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request.

External websites and email services have their own privacy practices. This notice may be updated if the public website’s functionality or information handling changes; the date above identifies the current version.
